Gregg Bell said Jose P. Jimenez-Alejo was sitting in his vehicle outside his complex on the block of Whispering Hills Drive about p.

Sunday when he offered the two girls chocolate. Bell said the girls followed Jimenez-Alejo into a bedroom in his apartment where he gave each of them a chocolate bar. Immediately after giving the victims the candy the suspect leaned over and licked the lips of one of the victims, Bell said.

Both girls fled the apartment and notified one of their mothers. The mother contacted Naperville police and stood by at the suspect's address until police arrived.

Jimenez-Alejo is charged with battery and child abduction. If and when he is released from jail, police said he will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. Article.
